Partner with GTM teams to optimize pipeline and CAC/LTV by segment.
Own core reporting, KPI read-outs, and board-level narratives.
Forecast, plan and budget; run scenario analyses for leadership.
Leverage AI-native tooling and data stack (Claude, Snowflake, NetSuite) for automation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics; 2-4 years in IB/PE/VC.
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, including cohort analysis.
Understand how drivers flow through P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
Interest in moving to the operator side and learning the business.
Comfort with AI-native workflows or Claude platform.
Nice-to-have: B2B fintech exposure; Snowflake/NetSuite/ThoughtSpot; SQL.
