  • Build pipeline-to-revenue model; track stage conversions by segment, channel, product, and rep.
  • Partner with Marketing on channel economics; CAC, win rate, ACV, payback.
  • Own bookings, ARR, and CARR forecasting across SaaS/AI products; renewals.
  • Analyze sales productivity: ramp curves, quota attainment, rep capacity, routing impact.
  • Bridge bookings to billings and collections; monitor DSO and cash flow implications.
  • Produce dashboards and board-ready analytics with Snowflake and Domo.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6 years FP&A/strategic finance or revenue ops; SaaS background preferred.
  • GTM metrics mastery: ARR, NRR, GRR, ACV, CAC, payback.
  • Strong SQL; comfortable querying Snowflake or similar warehouses.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling; pipeline-to-revenue models.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales/Marketing/RevOps/CS.
  • Excellent communication for execs/board; Bonus: Salesforce/Domo/Netsuite.
