Maintain and develop the FP&A planning platform; build financial models and reports.
Improve reporting tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Conduct periodic labor cost monitoring and analysis.
Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to analyze labor trends and ensure data accuracy.
Provide support on ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in FP&A with budgeting and forecasting experience.
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Understanding of labor cost and labor models.
Experience with EPM platforms such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan.
Independent; leads major projects from start to finish.
Experience with AI tools is a strong advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
