FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Support annual planning, long-range planning, and rolling forecast
• Maintain and enhance the three-statement financial model (rev, headcount, Opex)
• Partner with business leaders to define key model assumptions
• Take a leading role in planning/forecasting platform implementation
• Own data integrity, updates, scenario modeling, and ad hoc reporting
• Partner with Accounting, Data and external vendor for adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline
• 1+ year post-qualification (ACA/ACCA) or 2-5 years FP&A/related role
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models
• Preferred: FP&A/planning tool experience
• Preferred: Dashboards/BI tools or SQL experience
