FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive planning and forecast with business partners
• Build dashboards, reports, and models from scratch
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analytics (P&L, cash)
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close and GAAP reporting
• Prepare materials for board and investor relations
• Support exec team on strategic topics (M&A, fundraising)
• Contribute to FP&A initiatives, ad hoc analyses, KPI tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred, not required
• 2+ years finance experience in SaaS/tech/hyper-growth
• Team player in collaborative environment
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Blend strategic with operational focus and detail
• Build financial models from scratch
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, Looker a plus
