Role Overview

We are seeking a Credit Reporting Coordinator to help us administer our company’s rent reporting and credit building product, Rentistry. In this role, you will be working at the heart of Rentistry’s operations. You will be instrumental in the submission of rental payment data extraction to the Credit Bureaus. Additionally, you will facilitate other core rent reporting functions, such as credit reporting error resolution and resolving resident related issues. A successful Coordinator is highly organized and detail-oriented, in order to support various business functions through diverse tasks. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify inefficiencies and cross-collaborate to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Execution & Data Management
  • Processing and Data Entry: Handle specialized data flows, such as resident payment data, accurately and timely within specific systems (e.g., TSB).
  • System Administration: Support the onboarding and approval of new clients through specialized external bodies (3 Credit Bureaus).
  • Reporting: Produce and oversee program reporting for external clients or partners.
  • Issue Resolution & Compliance
  • Error Management: Managing and resolving specialized compliance or data errors, such as handling the Credit Reporting Error Resolution process (e.g., E-Oscar).
  • Problem Solving: Strive to resolve client and resident-related issues specific to the program.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines specific to the industry (e.g., FCRA).
  • Process Improvement & Development
  • Process Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to support the program's growth or efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and overall operational flow.
  • Administrative Support: Complete all other operational and administrative tasks necessary to keep the specialized program running smoothly.
  • What You Bring:

  • 2 years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
