Now we’re looking for a People and Talent Specialist to join us and help find, attract, and close the kind of people who actually move the needle.

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a People & Talent Specialist — a hands-on, tech-savvy builder who can help us attract great people, create smooth experiences for them, and automate everything in between.

If you love solving, creating, and connecting the dots between people and systems — this role is your playground.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit: Find and hire the kind of people who move fast and care deeply. You’ll own sourcing, screening, and the full-cycle process across creative, marketing, and operations roles.

• Leverage tech & AI: Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Ashby, Ribbon and automation to make recruitment and people ops smarter, faster, and more human.

• Onboard & offboard: Design experiences that feel thoughtful and smooth — from welcome packs to exit reflections.

• Own admin & systems: Keep our people data clean and efficient using CharlieHR and other tools.

• Build initiatives: Create programs and small rituals that strengthen connection, learning, and wellbeing.

• Optimize everything: If something can be simplified, automated, or improved — you’ll make it happen.

SALARY

€1100 - €1800 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs. [keep in mind its negotiable]

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
