We’re looking for a Brand Manager to take the reins of This Month’s Craft (TMC) — our subscription-based brand that delivers joy, creativity, and inspiration straight to our customers’ doorsteps.

It’s about owning the entire journey — from the very first unboxing moment to the loyalty-building details that keep customers hooked month after month.

💡 What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own the Box: You’ll be the one curating and building each month’s subscription boxes — from product selection to final unboxing experience.

  • Work Across Teams: Team up with email, acquisition, and media buying to keep the story straight across every channel — making sure what you’re building is communicated clearly and consistently, from the first ad to the final unboxing.

  • Drive Retention: Use customer feedback and data to improve the box and the overall experience — keeping subscribers engaged and excited month after month.

  • Coordinate Execution: Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, and designers to deliver a premium, seamless brand experience.

🧩 Experience Required

  • Creative & Organized: You can juggle ideas and logistics — spotting what will delight customers, while making sure the details are in place.

  • Some Brand/Product Experience: You’ve worked with DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products in some way (big or small) and understand what makes customers excited.

  • Customer-First Mindset: You think about how every decision — product, packaging, messaging — impacts the person opening the box.

  • Collaborative: You’re comfortable working with marketers, designers, and suppliers to bring a vision to life.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (20-30 min)

    An opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your background, the role, and our company culture.

  • Role-Related Task

    A short assignment designed to reflect real aspects of the position and highlight your approach to problem-solving.

  • Final Interview (45–60 min)

    A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Reference Check

    Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.

  • Decision & Feedback

    We’ll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome.

  • Salary:

    €1,400 – €2,200 after taxes

    ❕Please note that this role is based on a freelance agreement.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

  • For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

    This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
