About the Position
Foursquare is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in New York City office; on a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization and is primarily responsible for maximizing revenue growth by streamlining processes, improving data management, and driving efficiency across the entire GTM cycle. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with leadership from the GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Marketing) on a variety of long-term initiatives and ad hoc projects.
In this role, you’ll
Process Improvement/GTM Alignment
Establish processes & documentation to provide clarity on new initiatives, rules of engagement, changes to SOP, revenue attribution, roles and responsibilities, forecasting, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously drive alignment and efficiencies across the GTM organization by creating clear communication channels and driving continuous review and change management where needed
Centralize information, share insights, and bridge operations across GTM, Finance, and other departments
Ensure data integrity with regular review cadence and training
Sales Enablement
Identify and tracking leading indicators of revenue, key growth drivers, and performance metrics for Sales and CS teams
Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into Sales and CS performance and activity using Salesforce and Tableau
Lead the Operations onboarding process for Sales and CS new hires - providing documentation for and organizing training on the tech stack
Develop and implement training plans for GTM, in partnership with Product Marketing
Operationalize and project manage new initiatives for GTM teams
Forecasting and Data Management
Manage and analyze data to gather insights into market trends, customer behavior, and sales motions
Facilitate regular forecast review meetings with both GTM and Finance teams, driving alignment across business initiatives
Provide key GTM activity metrics for monthly company meetings
What you’ll need
Must possess strong analytical chops, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse workload
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Tableau, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word required
2-3 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, process improvement, and/or program/project management
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Knowledge of the AdTech industry a plus
Knowledge of Tableau (or similar BI) a plus
Knowledge of Sales engagement and forecasting tools a plus

At Foursquare, we’re committed to offering competitive pay and benefits that reflect market standards and the unique strengths each candidate brings. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and office location. We also regularly review our compensation practices to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with evolving market trends.
The estimated annual total cash compensation range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000. While final offers may vary slightly based on individual qualifications, we aim to stay within this published range to support pay equity and transparency across the organization.
Salary is just one part of our total compensation package, which also includes restricted stock units, comprehensive health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits.
