The Key Account Support Specialist will join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role driving success of our highest-value client relationships. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to collaborate with various internal teams to deliver outstanding service, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.

In This Role

  • Collaborate closely with National Account Executives to understand the unique goals, challenges, and opportunities of key customers
  • Analyze customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies to strengthen partnerships and support business growth
  • Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and satisfaction
  • Create compelling presentations, training resources, and detailed product information tailored to each client’s needs, especially during new product launches and onboarding efforts
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and data-driven insights to support Account Executives in executing key sales initiatives aligned with broader company goals
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and the Art Studio to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver seamless service to our key accounts
  • Work alongside the IT department to ensure seamless system processing including order flow, inventory accuracy, SKU management, and overall system performance, helping maintain organized, up-to-date data and preventing disruptions
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table experience) 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a friendly, proactive attitude
  • Confident decision-making and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working across global teams and diverse customer bases
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills tailored to different audiences
