  • Serve as trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead advanced implementation projects, high-value use cases, integrations.
  • Lead training and workshops, communicating Dust's value to buyers and evaluators.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles (software eng, solutions architect).
  • Action-oriented self-starter who can solve customer issues.
  • Strong relationship-building to become a trusted technical advisor.
  • High technical aptitude with APIs, web development, and scripting for internal tools.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, Gemini) is desirable.
  • Data-driven, with ability to collaborate across teams.
