Founding Senior Fund Accountant

📋 Description

• Work with Product to embed fund logic into the platform, reflecting fund mechanics.
• Build the operational structure for fund administration from first principles.
• Own fund admin across UK nominee, English LP, Delaware LP and other funds, incl capital calls.
• Own fund tax and reporting mechanics across multiple jurisdictions; drive automation.
• Own interactions with external auditors on funds.
• Escalation point for complex fund questions from CFOs, GPs and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a qualified accountant with strong technical grounding.
• You get things done with an intense bias for action.
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience and own complex financial processes.
• You have direct exposure to fund structures; understand fund accounting, legal docs and tax flows.
• You think in systems; tighten controls and improve data integrity.
• You communicate clearly to CFOs, fund managers, and others with limited fund knowledge.
