- 2-5+ years in sales, BD, or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, curious, motivated to learn
- Comfortable with outreach, rejection, iterative testing
- Interest in digital advertising, media, or travel tech
- Self-starter with drive to build something new
- Bonus: SaaS/AD tech SDR experience
- Bonus: CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales engagement platforms
