📋 Description

  • Source, negotiate, launch, and manage partnerships across tier-1 enterprise and operators.
  • Own the partner platform (Everflow): offers, payouts, attribution, reporting.
  • Track funnel metrics, scale top partners, exceed revenue goals.
  • Coordinate API integrations and co-marketing with Neighbor's teams.
  • Zero-to-one role with senior reporting and direct spend ownership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or Eng.
  • 3+ years in sales/BD/consulting/investment banking or equivalent.
  • Highly organized; manage up to 40 partner conversations.
  • Strong analytical ability; comfortable with spreadsheets and payouts.
  • Resilient and results-driven; proven track record.
  • Excellent communication; draft pitches, negotiate, and sell Neighbor.
  • Technical fluency; able to manage tools, automate, and build dashboards.
