• Founding ML Engineer, remote, Latin America.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end LTV prediction systems.
• ML for adtech: delayed conversions, noisy attribution.
• Own MLOps: reproducible pipelines, CI/CD, logging, monitoring.
• Data quality checks and drift detection.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM on model objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML foundations tied to business goals.
• Hands-on production ML: training pipelines, deployment, monitoring.
• LTV modeling: BTYD, survival, retention, value prediction.
• Comfort with modern data stacks and cloud envs.
• Core: Python, SQL, Docker (2-4 yrs).
• Data/warehouse: BigQuery, dbt, Shopify/CRM/GA4/CDPs.
• Orchestration: Airflow, Prefect, Dagster.
