🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years ML engineering experience, with at least 2 years in search or ranking.
- Experience building production search or ranking systems end-to-end.
- Depth in two+ of: retrieval, ranking, embeddings; LLM integration a plus.
- Comfort shaping roadmap and owning strategic direction.
- Strong architectural judgment; communicate decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability deploying ML systems at scale under high traffic.
