📋 Description

  • Own Thorin’s end-to-end GTM strategy from ICP to repeatable sales motion
  • Identify, recruit, and manage early design partners and lighthouse customers
  • Lead early customer conversations — discovery, demos, pilots, closes
  • Shape positioning, messaging, and pricing from real customer feedback
  • Build early sales infrastructure: CRM, pipelines, metrics, feedback loops
  • Develop early enablement materials (pitch, demo narratives, onboarding flows)

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in early-stage GTM roles (founding AE, first sales hire)
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or AI-native products to technical teams
  • Strong discovery skills to uncover real pain and urgency
  • Comfort building systems from scratch without a playbook
  • Clear written and verbal storytelling and communication
  • Bias toward action, ownership, and iteration
