Founding GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable prospecting, enrichment, and outreach systems
• Craft cold email, LinkedIn, partners, and marketing nurture sequences
• Implement intent signals for warm outbound efforts
• Build ICP models and segmentation logic for high-fit accounts
• Partner with marketing to enable ads, events outreach, nurture sequences
• Evaluate and optimize vendors across the entire GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Heyreach, OutboundSync, Sumble, etc.)
• Create workflows for sales/marketing automation and high-quality data pipelines
• Equip SDRs with creative playbooks, target ICP lists, and the right tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo
• Familiarity with Clay, Zapier, Gong, Apollo, Instantly
• Proficient with APIs and webhooks
• Skilled in building large-scale data pipelines
• Data-driven GTM strategy and segmentation
• Strong outbound copy and sequence design
