Partner with customers to understand cloud environments and cost goals
Design scalable cost allocation and tagging across multi-cloud and Kubernetes
Support technical onboarding for complex accounts with Customer Success
Debug data ingestion, tagging, and reporting issues with Support and Engineering
Build custom solutions and workflows using Vantage APIs and integrations
Surface recurring pain points to Product and Engineering for repeatable patterns

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
Strong cloud infra knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data stacks
Experience with cost data, billing exports, usage metrics
Comfortable writing SQL and/or Python for analysis
Excellent communicator to technical and non-technical stakeholders
High ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
