  • Own end-to-end customer experience across the full deal lifecycle.
  • Be primary respondent on inbound support and legal/compliance tickets.
  • Triage urgent, risky items and route to Product/Ops/Compliance.
  • Reduce tickets via root-cause fixes (help centre, macros, UX copy, forms, automations).
  • Support building an AI-first toolkit with automation and instrumentation.
  • Be the internal voice of the customer and close the loop.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing operations.
  • Finance/fintech/fund admin, IR or VC ops exp is a plus.
  • Calm, clear under pressure; confident, no fluff.
  • Root-cause mindset; fix the root, not symptoms.
  • Tool-first and AI-fluent; built AI solutions.
  • High conviction; ownership, low-ego, strong writing.
