📋 Description

• Lead the highest-priority initiatives end-to-end—from scoping to results.
• Operate across every function—talent, finance, ops, strategy, GTM, CS.
• Own and manage teams, workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders with accountability.
• Build scalable systems, processes, infrastructure, and teams from scratch to support HockeyStack's hypergrowth.
• Drive organizational clarity—priorities, cadences, accountability, blockers.
• Use data-driven insights to frame problems and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent strongly preferred) or senior operational role at a high-growth company.
• Proven experience leading teams and complex initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience operating across functions: talent/people, finance, strategy, ops, or go-to-market.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; translate ambiguity into clear plans.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• In-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
