🎯 Requirements

- Deep understanding of memory management and concurrency in Go.
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS in production.
- Observability: metrics, tracing, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Experience with database schema migrations safely at scale.
- RFC process and technical writing skills.
