Forward Deployment AI Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site client engagements to identify pain points and design AI solutions.
• Build AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen and multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop AI-powered workflows integrating with clients' CRM, ERP, and cloud tools.
• Deliver production-grade AI agents and automation across docs, data extraction, and reporting.
• Own delivery lifecycle from scoping to testing; train client teams post-deploy.
• Communicate business value to non-technical stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
• Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflow patterns.
