- Partner with plant-level and corporate stakeholders to design Tulip solutions.
- Lead design, build, and deployment of customer-specific Tulip solutions.
- Work with customers on-site to implement apps and workflows.
- Deploy solutions in live manufacturing environments with minimal disruption.
- Integrate shop-floor systems such as PLCs, MES/ERP, and quality systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning software, data, and workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- 8-10+ years in manufacturing/industrial software with 4+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to walk a shop floor and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with MES/ERP/quality or production systems; architecture experience preferred.
- Experience integrating systems and devices in manufacturing environments.
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- BS degree in Engineering or related field; travel up to 75%.
