Lead onboarding and implementation: workflows, latency benchmarks, API integration.
Act as trusted technical advisor to customers, shaping their AI strategy.
Oversee OneSchema roadmap and ensure it reflects customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

Strong technical background (CS/EECE) or technical PM experience.
Familiar with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, agents.
2-5+ years of product experience for software engineers.
Strong customer interaction skills and customer success focus.
Ability to explain highly technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Focus on outcomes and solving complex customer problems.
