Partner with customer teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions for growth.
Lead technical discovery, design, configuration, data profiling, and uploads during onboarding/expansion.
Build integrations, data pipelines, and workflows via APIs.
Troubleshoot systems, data, and workflows end-to-end and drive resolution.
Serve as the technical advisor to customers throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to convey needs and influence road map.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
Strong experience with platforms, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
Comfort writing Python, TypeScript, or SQL scripts.
Experience with ERP, procurement, middleware, or similar enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving and independent work style.
Strong communication; translate tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
