🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in software eng, forward-deployed eng, sales eng, or similar.
- Strong hands-on skills reading Python or JS/Node services; patch bugs.
- Real-time/streaming fluency: WebSockets, audio pipelines, latency budgets.
- Track record carrying targets: net new customers, activation, ARR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; primary face in channels.
- Aggressive use of AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Devin); bonus if shipped.
- High urgency and ownership; manage multiple deals and context-switch.
- Prior experience with voice AI, ASR, speech-to-text, telephony or audio infra a plus.
