🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software/ML engineering or deployment with customer ownership.
Led end-to-end GenAI deployments from scoping to production adoption.
Delivered AI systems in trial design, regulatory writing, or scientific ops.
Communicate across scientific, clinical, model research, and exec teams.
Apply systems thinking; drive improvements from issues and audits.
