- Partner with customers’ engineering teams to integrate Kota’s SDKs and APIs.
- Translate customer needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Build internal tools, write reusable code, and improve APIs/SDKs.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for deployments.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer - shaping features and roadmap.
- Debug complex issues across multiple systems, APIs, and data flows.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software/solutions engineering with customer-facing work.
- Proficient in TypeScript, Python, or C# (multi-language a plus).
- Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and data integrations.
- Scoped and shipped complex systems in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders; bias for action.
- Nice to have fintech/insurtech/HR tech experience; startup background.
