📋 Description

• Build custom AI solutions on top of Notion's AI systems for enterprise customers.
• Shape AI-native productivity for large customers and partners.
• Founding member of a new team; help build its culture from the ground up.
• Frontline product development with enterprise customers; bring insights back to the AI platform.
• Collaborate with GTM and EPD teams to drive customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing: conduct discovery interviews and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences; collaborate with Go-To-Market and EPD teams to drive customer success.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: 4-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer; write production-quality code; system design; make technical decisions.
• AI tooling and automation: build LLM-based tools; created custom integrations or workflow automations; co-create AI-native products with customers.
• Systems thinking: analyze a business and translate into data models, ontology, and technical architecture; map real-world processes to databases, relationships, and AI workflows.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity: define a new role and function; prototype solutions before patterns emerge.
• Nice to have: Forward Deployed Engineer experience; Deep familiarity with Notion; Developer API experience.
