📋 Description

• Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise deployments.
• Adapt platform to meet each customer's operational needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve live deployment issues.
• Codify deployment patterns into tools and reference architectures.
• Be the voice of the customer to product and engineering.
• Up to 50% travel to meet customers.

• Strong software depth: APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infra.
• Customer obsession with deployment success and outcomes.
• High slope: fast learner, adaptable in ambiguity.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, NLP, or conversational AI.
• Startup or founder-led environment experience.
