Forward Deployed Engineer - Data Migration & Data Consolidation Platforms

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data migrations from SAP/Oracle to cloud platforms with governance.
• Build data connectors to SAP/Oracle and SQL/NoSQL; ETL/ELT pipelines with CDC.
• Create ontology layers and automated schema mapping for master data.
• Deliver dashboards, migration control centers, and agent-driven workflows.
• Consolidate 5–15+ ERP instances into standardized master data models.
• Advise C-suite; conduct discovery and deliver modernization roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in enterprise data engineering, migration, or large-scale system integration.
• 3-5+ years leading end-to-end data migration or multi-system consolidation for Global Enterprises.
• Client-facing experience as trusted advisor to C-level execs and enterprise teams.
• Depth in at least two verticals: Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, Public Sector.
• 3+ heterogeneous source systems, 100M+ records, master data harmonization, multi-phase cutover.
• Advanced Python and SQL; experience with PySpark and TypeScript/JavaScript.
