🎯 Requirements

4+ years in technical, customer-facing roles or consulting
Production experience with LLMs: prompts, agents, eval, deployment
Strong Python; plus TypeScript/Java; shipping prod apps
Ability to navigate ambiguity; high agency; cross-org collaboration
Strong communication; low ego; collaborative
Enterprise IT deployments experience a plus
