Build production apps with Claude models in customer systems.
Deliver MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills.
Provide white-glove deployment support in enterprise environments.
Identify repeatable deployment patterns and share insights with Product/Engineering.
Stay current on LLM developments and AI product stacks.
Build relationships with customers and spot new AI deployment opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (FDE or consulting software engineer).
Production experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, agent development, scaling.
Strong Python skills; plus TypeScript or Java; production apps.
High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong collaboration and cross-organizational communication.
Enterprise vertical experience is a plus.
