- Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques: prompt regression testing, human-in-the-loop, automated eval pipelines.
- Strong Python proficiency (or TypeScript/Go) with clean, maintainable code.
- Product Mindset; proactively identify friction, design solutions, run working sessions, and present trade-offs.
- Systems integration experience: REST APIs, data pipelines (SQL), and cloud infra (GCP/AWS).
