📋 Description

• Deploy and tailor AI Agents inside customer environments.
• Own end-to-end integration from data pipelines to downstream systems.
• Bridge Invoca platform with Agentic conversational experiences.
• Ensure secure, context-rich integrations with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep AI-ready platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years SaaS integrations with Salesforce, Google Ads, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk
• Deployment and integration fluency from templates to production
• Agentic AI familiarity; LLMs in production
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting integrations
• Modern API expertise: RESTful APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2
• Understanding of Tool Use and Function Calling for AI
• Nice to have: Workato or similar integration platform
