Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform
• Design autonomous agentic AI workflows with multi-agent orchestration
• Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems via Workato
• Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning for LLMs
• Troubleshoot AI-driven architectures and scalable RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored AI and RAG-based solutions

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher in CS, AI, ML, or related field
• 4+ years of design, development, and implementation experience
• 1+ year of Workato or similar orchestration/integration experience
• Proven AI engineering experience with agent-based systems
• Design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows for IT operations
• Experience with automation tech, middleware, APIs, and databases
