- Integrate Tulip with shop-floor systems incl. PLCs, MES, ERP, quality systems.
- Deploy on-site solutions in production with minimal disruption; troubleshoot workflows.
- Serve as technical authority during deployments; advise on architecture, scalability, security.
- Lead complex implementations end-to-end; communicate with technical and operations teams.
- Document solutions and share learnings across the FDE team and Tulip.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in manufacturing/industrial software; 4+ in customer-facing roles.
- Hands-on OT experience with MES, ERP, quality or production systems; architecture & implementation.
- Proven ability to integrate shop-floor systems/devices (PLCs, machine data).
- Strong understanding of workflows, quality, and traceability; identify shop-floor improvements.
- Track record leading complex technical initiatives end-to-end in customer settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%; BS in Engineering or equivalent.
