- Own the technical relationship for named enterprise accounts through integration and expansion (remote-friendly).
- Prototype PoC solutions and value demos for customer requirements.
- Identify product gaps from customer engagements and feed to Product/Engineering.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues with internal experts; escalate as needed.
- Contribute to code areas like auth flows, API integrations, and SDKs.
- Represent customer voice in product and roadmap discussions.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering with web-based integrations and APIs.
- Experience with enterprise customers in technical roles (solutions engineer, integration engineer, TAM, or similar).
- Strong proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Read, write, and debug code in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to engineers and non-engineers.
