- Experience designing AI operating models or digital transformation
- Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI tooling
- Certified Claude Architect
- Experience running stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops
- Strong executive communication with CTOs and VPs of Engineering
