🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering with client-facing or embedded delivery
- Hands-on depth in Claude Code or equivalent AI tooling
- Hands-on depth in LLM app development, AWS/Kubernetes, or backend systems at scale
- Experience with rapid prototyping and PoCs in days
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and metrics
- Proven ability to work independently inside a client environment
