Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed with customer AI teams to design and productionize AI agents using W&B Weave.
• Advise customers on architecture and best practices for agentic workflows.
• Develop reference implementations and demos showcasing W&B Weave.
• Gather field feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Lead technical workshops, deep dives, and enablement sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in customer environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software/ML engineering or applied AI experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience building/deploying AI agents in production.
• Experience with agent orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
• Experience with customer-facing technical consulting or solutions engineering.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end systems from prototype to production.
