Act as R&D owner for customer CI on-prem/hybrid deployments.
Architect, deploy, and validate CI in production (Kubernetes, Helm, networking, security).
Lead investigations of complex customer issues; reproduce in labs and fix.
Technical POC for high-severity CI incidents across R&D, SRE, and Support.
Partner with SRE on reliability and upgrade safety for on-prem CI.
Co-lead deployments with Professional Services; validate prerequisites and configs.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in FDE, Production Eng, SRE, or customer-facing roles in R&D.
Deep hands-on Linux, containers, and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS).
Experience delivering/operating on-prem or hybrid enterprise software with Kubernetes.
Strong networking/security knowledge: TLS, DNS, load balancers, proxies, firewalls.
Debug distributed systems with logs, metrics, and traces.
Confident guiding enterprise customers on architecture, deployments, and incidents.
