📋 Description

• Design ML use cases from the ground up for business value.
• Build and own the full ML pipeline from data to deployment.
• Drive customer success with ongoing technical guidance.
• Extend product capabilities by developing AI features and tools.
• Partner with the Product team to refine BrazeAI reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Shape BrazeAI product strategy using customer insights and technical expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/DS/Math/Engineering; Master/PhD preferred.
• 3-5+ years in DS/ML with large-scale data; customer-facing preferred.
• Python (Pandas) and core ML libs (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn).
• SQL for data querying; ML pipelines and deployment.
• Engineering practices: modular code, Git, CI/CD, testing.
• Nice-to-have: Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP; RL experience.
