🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Math/Engineering; Master’s/PhD preferred.
- 3–5+ years in data science or ML with large-scale production data.
- Proficient in Python (Pandas) and ML libraries; SQL; ML pipelines and deployment.
- Strong engineering: modular, documented code; Git, CI/CD; testing; scalable solutions.
- Nice-to-have: Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP; ETL and RL algorithms.
- Customer-facing experience; able to translate tech to business value.
