🎯 Requirements

- 3–5+ years in data science or ML roles with large-scale data and production environments; customer-facing preferred.
- Strong Python (Pandas) and ML libs (TF, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost); SQL.
- Engineering practices: modular, documented code; Git, CI/CD, testing; scalable solutions.
- Nice-to-have: Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP; data integration/ETL; RL.
- Customer-facing; translate technical concepts into business value with cross-functional teams.
