  • 10+ years in semiconductor sales, BD, or key account mgmt.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data-driven forecasting.
  • Existing network within major semiconductor or OEM organizations.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
