- 10+ years in sales, BD, or customer mgmt in semiconductors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key accounts.
- Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and data-driven forecasting.
