  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data-driven sales forecasting.
