  • 10+ years in sales, BD, or account mgmt in semiconductors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and growing key accounts.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data forecasting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across global time zones.
